Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave
Parental leave is unheard of in the plumbing industry. But time off for the arrival of a new member of your family matters immensely! As a small family-run business, we get that. We’re parents, too. That’s why we offer three weeks of paid leave when you welcome a new child.

Comprehensive Health Benefits
We offer excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage. Coverage kicks in on the 1st day of the month after you’ve been employed with us for 30 days. (So if you started on May 11, your coverage would begin on July 1.)
For our office staff and licensed technicians, we cover 100% of the entire family’s medical, dental, and vision insurance. For techs that are not licensed, we cover about 66% of insurance costs for the employee only (not their dependents).
Immediate PTO
As soon as you’re hired, you’ll be entitled to 40 hours of paid time off. No, there isn’t a catch. Immediate PTO. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to accrue additional time off!

A Flexible, Convenient Schedule
Do you enjoy skiing or hunting in the Colorado mountains? What about spending time with family and friends? Our work environment is centered around you, and we believe you should be able to enjoy what you love more often!
If that means taking Fridays off to ski or taking Tuesdays off to help coach Little League, a flexible, non-traditional schedule might be what you’re looking for. And we can make that happen! High 5 Plumbing offers flexible scheduling, so you can enjoy a day or two off during the week if you’d like!

Fun Uniforms to Express Your Style
You’re probably accustomed to the standard plumber’s uniform: starched, button-up collared shirts. Our approach is a bit more relaxed.
We wear baseball jersey-style uniforms, and you can choose your uniform each day! Pick from three jersey styles and more than 20 hat options. Get a feel for our style here in our online shop.
Competitive Pay
We offer hourly and commission pay. Depending on your credentials and experience, you could make between $25 and $60 per hour. Say hello to unlimited potential!
