Tankless Water Heater Installation in Denver, CO | High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Trust Us To Install Your Tankless Water Heater

It is a cold January morning in Capitol Hill. You turn on the shower, wait for the hot water, and it never comes because your old tank finally gave out overnight. Now the whole house is scrambling, and you need a real plan instead of a bucket of warm water on the stove.

That is where we come in. High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has served Denver since 2012, and our team handles Tankless Water Heater Installation in Denver, CO with upfront pricing and no guesswork. Call us at (720) 615-9621 and a real person answers, not a call center, any hour of the day or night.

Switching to Tankless in the Mile High City

Tankless units heat water on demand, so you are not paying to keep a big tank hot all day. And for homes across the City and County of Denver, that efficiency matters. Older Victorian and bungalow homes in neighborhoods like Baker and the Highlands were never designed around modern tankless systems, so these installs call for someone who understands both the old plumbing and the new equipment.

Here is the problem. A tankless swap is not a simple drop-in. Gas line sizing, venting, and water pressure all have to be correct, and Denver sitting at roughly 5,280 feet above sea level affects how combustion equipment performs. Get any of it wrong and you lose the efficiency you paid for.

The good news is our background-checked technicians size and install every unit properly the first time. We install and service trusted brands like Rheem, Ruud, and Navien, and we work on most major brands no matter who installed the original system.

What You Gain With a Tankless Upgrade

Homeowners from LoDo to Park Hill choose tankless for real reasons. Here are the ones we hear most often:

Endless hot water that does not run out mid-shower
Lower energy use compared to a standard tank
A compact unit that frees up floor space
A longer service life than most tank models
Fewer worries about a tank leak flooding the basement

Even better, a properly installed tankless system holds up well to Denver’s big daily temperature swings and the freeze-thaw cycles that stress older plumbing through winter.

Full Plumbing Support Beyond Installation

Tankless work is just one piece of what we do. When you bring us into your home near Washington Park, Cherry Creek, or Five Points, you get a full plumbing team behind the job. Our plumbing services include:

The reality is Denver’s semi-arid climate and hard water can wear on fixtures and lines faster than you would expect, so having one team that covers the whole system saves you time and money down the road.

Why Denver Homeowners Choose High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

We are licensed and insured in Colorado, carrying License #189849, so you know the work meets state standards. But credentials are only part of it. We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, because we want you confident in the install long after our truck leaves.

The catch with a lot of companies is hidden fees. We do it differently. Our pricing is transparent and upfront, given before any work starts, with no surprises added at the end. Financing is available if you would rather spread the cost of a new tankless system out over time.

We have earned an A+ accreditation from the BBB and more than 6,000 Google reviews from neighbors across the Denver metro, from the plains in the east to the foothills in the west. Whether you are off Colfax Avenue, near Interstate 25, or out toward Northglenn, we are close by and ready.

Ask us about our Club Membership plan too. It includes routine tune-ups across plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical, priority scheduling, and discounts on repairs. For a tankless unit, regular maintenance keeps it running at peak efficiency for years.

Built for Denver Conditions

Denver’s terrain is flat within the city but transitions fast to the Rocky Mountain foothills just to the west, and that geography shapes local water and gas systems. Homes range from older central neighborhoods like Congress Park to newer infill and suburban development out past Interstate 225. Our team knows this housing stock and tailors each install to the home in front of us, not a one-size-fits-all template.

And because we operate 24/7, you are never stuck waiting until Monday when something goes wrong on a Saturday night. We answer the phone and get moving.
